Is it finally time for a standard PvP mode?
With the impending release of Division 2, it's been revealed that their PvP mode will have preset readouts using standardized weapon sets. Perhaps it's time for Destiny to adopt a similar model. Now, I'm not saying that all of the crucible needs to be standardized, but a standard playlist that restrict players to certain weapons and armor might be a good idea. Make it it's own playlist with it's own comp mode, give players who aren't fans of the chaos that comes with custom loadouts an alternative.

If people actually want comp to be serious imo this need to happen: No exotics, Only weapons available from vendors or offer loadout options in an area before you start the match(ie: go to the farm, choose weapons that are available at the farm and begin matchmaking) If comp, or a new mode had this it would be back to true gun skill and not what it is now. I refuse to play comp because it’s just 4v4 QP, same as D1 people tried to say trials was competitive but if some guy has a 2 tap weapon an you don’t how is that competitive? This is just my opinion though and I’m sure all the kids who paid for Luna/NF will loose their marbles at me for saying this
