My team and I completed the raid within the week time limit, but I wasn't awarded a code. The link I was given is the one above, which takes me to a page that says the reward is no longer available, even though the store page says I can make my purchase before December 31st. How can I claim the reward for my triumph, if the email sent to me won't even let me access it? I emailed the store for help last week, and they just sent me an email today that basically says there's nothing they can do, better luck next time. Please help :(
