Yes hand cannons will likely be able to 3 tap again.
But it shouldn't be as easy as D1 where you just needed 1 headshot and 2 body.
D2 seems to be going with a higher precision multiplier which means those 3 taps will have to be a bit more accurate.
It seems the skill gap is going to widen a bit.
