  • Rebooted modem/router and both xbox to clear the cache and tried to connect to a fire team with both xbox1 on same network..... it works again! The fix on the 9th seems to have solved the problem (at least for this household). Thx

    • so...we have 2 playstation4 here, destiny collectors editions because we loved the game... played together since the taken king launched, no problem now you people break the networking and go, hey, maybe it's us? we already tried all this stuff, nothing worked, but hey, now we're sitting on these 2 rise of iron preorders that we can enjoy playing with other people! feeling good about that right about now!

      • Still no change.. Unable to join a fire team with local consoles.. Nothing to do with cache, only with the update. I think there is more than enough posts here and on Internet forums to substantiate that without a doubt. Where are you Bungie with resolving this? Going on two weeks without a single update to a massive issue. Very unprofessional.

          • Okay it's been two weeks and my patience and a lot of others is wearing thin .. Is there any chance you'll fix this local network / fireteam problem before the Moments of Triumph is expired?? ..

            • Why can't they just roll back the patch that started this issue to begin with? it's a simple enough thing to do.. That patch destroyed the game for thousands of players.

                [b][u]Here is a post to add to this.[/b][/u] Also you tell us to contact our ISP but what am I meant to tell them? Just that Destiny isn't working properly since the last hotfix and bungie is fobbing us off on to you to fix it, even though every other game works absolutely fine, but I'm told since I've tried everything to fix this on my end and bungie are scratching their heads you have to fix this or I will have to change ISP's just for this one game? YEAH, really really looking forward to that phone call.

                • I still have the problem .... I can not play with my wife in the same squad on the same local network on xbox one . I'm fed up ! pfff We are licensed for sharing ... it change anything? Before that work very well . Nat opened on 2 consoles, I even have a xbox ip dmz ... Bungie please ! Made a few things !!!

                  • My friend just told me about this problem that has been occuring on his xbox one, which his gamertag is Terrorfex, and this happened since yesterday and what he was saying is that everytime he attempted to play Destiny, he would get a error saying that the servers are down although his friend AssassinGamer73 is playing the game just fine today and Terrorfex is getting Marionberry's constantly, has cleared his cache from the console a few months back, has a Open NAT Type, can connect to the internet just fine and can play multiplayer games just fine. He only has Destiny on his Xbox One and he plays Destiny on that console only. He hasn't played the game for a long time until this happened. Went through everything just fine on this very website and no sucess. He can't even connect to fireteams and other activities whatsoever, he even tried restarting his console and nothing happened. He needs help badly.

                  • I am having the same issue. Getting Marionberry today (didnt turn the console on yesterday). Cannot log in on any of my 3 accounts in PSN. I have used a different DSL connection (I have 2) and I get the same error when using both. And no, there are no issues with any of the 2 dsl connections I have and I have done all basic checks.

                  • I don't even get Zoo or Plant error codes anymore on Xbox One. Just "Destiny Servers are not Available", which started last night and continued this morning. It now takes me 4 or 5 log in attempts before it even brings up the Screen to select my character. If the goal was to drive people away to other Games, well Bravo - mission accomplished as I can't wait for TitanFall 2 to drop.

                  • Can't connect to my GF on the same network. Both wired, open NAT, cleared cache etc etc. this has to be resolved.

                    • Me and my wife often play destiny together since day 1 and have never had a problem joining each others games. However whatever you have done to the code/servers has broken the ability for us to join each others games. There's nothing wrong with our connections as everything else works just fine and none of your troubleshooting works. The issue is on your side not the players side!

                      • I am having the issue of not being able to join the fireteam of my brother when we are on the same network. I can join other fireteams just fine. I have checked everything on my end and there no problem since we can join each other in any game other than destiny.

                        • Didn't have any issues yesterday. Now I have constant marionberries. Xbox, router & dsl all reset. Still marionberries. Xbox is running OpenNAT, and test confirms good connection to Internet, and access to all multiplayer services.

                        • Just tested with my 2 xbox-one units (Both open NAT, both w/upnp) We could join an activity and play together fine without needing a third party. Seems whatever the issue was with the STUN/TURN engine was resolved by the rollback. Thankyou.

                          • Same issue here. Worked after clearing cache but after every mission/match one player is kicked to the main menu.

                          • Same problem tried all the fixes. Nothing worked One time we got to play by one starting game up then thru Xbox inviting other to play game. Tried it again and not working now

                            • It was able to work for my brother and I. I will update if anything changes. I went into my modem's advanced settings, opened up UPnP, dedicated both of my Xbox One IP addresses, and cleared the cache on both consoles. I am also using a wired connection for one while the other is wireless. Both consoles are named differently too.

                              I was not having any sort of issues joining a fireteam, and also never had any issues connecting to Destiny/Bungie servers util today. Whatever you did to "fix" the problem for people who couldn't join fireteams, also happened to "break" my connection to your servers! I already followed the steps on https://www.bungie.net/en-us/Support/Troubleshoot?oid=12915 and already tried switching my DNS (from google's, to "automatic"/none) and none of those things worked. Stop fixing what isn't broken! It was all working fine until yesterday! Also: nothing changed on my part from yesterday to today, and it isn't a coincidence that so many people are having issues right after a patch, so stop blaming it on us, and stop making us change our settings/blame our ISP if it isn't our/their fault! Just take the blame already!

                              • I never have problems playing on same network, but I do get weasel a lot?? I've checked everything. For those having issues on same network... If you have your connections from a router, you need to unblock the second NAT wall by setting your modem to bridge mode.

                              • I cant sign in to destiny. Actually i cant even get past the clips that show before you can load your characters. I appreciate that you guys are coming out with updates more often but plaese test it out and make sure that it doesnt break our games upon release. And please dont blame your costomers for theese problems it really irritates us especially when you know the problem is from you.
