A few things bother me with this post. 1) Multi tool was buffed to have that stagger effect. It's not really hidden if it's told to us. 2) It's more accurate to say the vex doesn't suffer damage reduction on armored targets then it is to say it's increased damage. 3) Bad juju not expending ammo when the perk triggers is not hidden. the flavor of text "refills the magazine" is on other guns with the same effect. 4) Ice breaker does not have surplus. You can achieve the same thing with heavy ammo doing a glitch. I'm betting it's the same case here but with different ammo. 5) Pocket infinity doesn't have range finder and it does less damage per shot in full auto because it's firing less bolts. 6) The red death perk is not unique in that regard. There are other guns that trigger their effects when shooting nades. Same with some perks too. 7) Night hawk does have icarus. Only triggers on standard jumping. Does not work on class jumping (double jump, glide, blink, etc) Also HotPF makes a difference on cool downs for your friends. Meaning a sun singer mid radiance without praxic will not cool down their allies abilities as fast as a warlock using praxic fire during radiance.
