HYGIEA NOBLESSE tool tip wrong
I just wanted to point out that the tool tip says it has a 14 round magazine but for both myself and a friend it only has 13 rounds. No modifiers are affecting it but 7% of a mag is missing would be nice if it was fixed can make a difference.

Almost all of the Scout Rifles are one round short of their advertised magazine capacity... it's been that way since the launch... there's no word on a [i]fix[/i].
