I'm a 32 and I help a lot of people. Squeakers and all I've helped lower level. I have also meet a decent chunk of 32s that run like their 10th (in a week) Crota just to help one guy. But yes I've run into my fair share of those who won't help and well now some of them ask me for help.

And btw I'm on 360 willing to help next week I have to powerhouse through some things this week since I haven't been home and promised a friend I would use his acc and get him some stuff so won't have time to help this week but next week I am open to helping people.
