Wtf is that shit bungie. 70 m apart from each cap zone with every spawn being on ONE of those cap points, talk about -blam!-ing horrid design, step your shit up forr -blam!-s sake
-
It honestly might be the worst map in the history of destiny. They should have removed this and kept the ones they removed.
-
It's better than Twilight Gap imo.
-
Gambler's Ruin is one of the worst designed maps for 6v6. It's just way too small. I have been spawned killed, and I have even just left spawn and had an enemy spawn in behind me. It should not be in use for 6v6.
-
I’ve been disappointed with pretty much every single map released in D2. Exceptions for Convergence, Bannerfall, and Infinite Shore (which are all D1 redux maps anyways lol)
-
Twilight gap is trash.
-
It’s a cluster -blam!-. Probably the worst map in destiny history, top 3 at least. Name some maps that are worse...

Edited by zombdestroyer: 10/22/2019 8:26:13 PMFar and away the worst map in the game (with Firebase Echo being a not so close second) including those removed with shadowkeep. Spawns are unpredictable and often put you directly into enemy sight lines, capture points are stupidly close to one another, cluttered, close quarters design makes shotgunning and super usage even more oppressive than it already is on other maps. EDIT: Forgot about that new map Fragment, easily the second worst map in the game, pretty close to Gambler’s.
-
Honestly, I don't mind the layout of the map at all. It just reminds me of gambit. So, therefore, I hate it.
-
It’s one map I downright refuse to play. I back out when it pops up. Please take it back sony.
-
i feel like the only reason it wasnt pulled from rotation is cause xbox and pc didnt "get a chance to enjoy it" well. we've had our fun. now would you kindly show that map the door bungie?
-
Lol ps4 players been suffering though this for over a year.
-
Every time I get that map I say “should have stayed a ps4 exclusive” and everybody agrees with me. Not often destiny players can agree on something, but I’m glad that this map being shit is one of those things.
-
Twilight use to be a snoping map but now its ape city
-
I'd rather have a brain aneurysm than play on that map. No wonder why most of the PvP team was let go...
-
Speaking of design, PvP maps in D2 are bad in general, imho. Firebase Echo, Gambler's Ruins and The Fortress are probably the worst. I've played only few matches on Fragment so I can't really judge it, but I've notied some parts that made me think: "Who the hell thought this was a good idea for a PvP map?".
-
Yah gamblers den is horrible it needs to be larger it’s bad when everytime you span you get trapped
-
Map is pure trash and should have stayed a ps4 exclusive forever as far as I'm concerned
-
You haven't pointed out what exactly is your problem with the map. If you mean it's too close range for you then let me tell you that good players successfully use snipers on that map. Even I use Jade Rabbit sometimes on that map.
-
I’m guessing you are on PC? I’ve hated that map since it first released. It’s sucks. You literally spawn almost within range of picking up red on your radar already. It’s a shotgunners paradise.
-
Kneel the entire match. Aaaaaand you’ll be okay.
-
Oh, but DEAD CLIFFS WAS THE PROBLEM -_-
-
I like Gamblers Ruin.
-
And fragment is gambler ruin 2.0
-
i love how bungie removed two maps for spawn issues than forgets this exists. way more spawn issues than any other in my experience.
-
They need to remove it. I went into Iron banana a few days ago and was rocking till this -blam!-ing map showed up. I legit couldn't move an inch when i spawned. All that was happening was a 4 stack dog humping one another when a single person spawned.
-
At least it's not fragment
