Looking for a Permanent Fireteam (PS4)(XB1)

Hey everyone! I Have played extensively on Xbox 1 and I have a group that plays regularly there, but am stuck solo most the time when jumping on my PS4 as I just opened and started my ps4 guardian a month or so ago. I love running the crucible and am looking for at least two others who are willing to play regularly @ 8 pm eastern U.S. time daily until @ 11/midnight with the intent of crafting a YouTube and twitch channel specifically for this team once developed. A lil background: I am 38 years old and spent my first 6 years in college obtaining dual computer science/engineering degrees and plan on using the full array of Adobe products I have at my disposal for video creation. I have a camera for both Xbox 1 and PS4 but do not have a capture card (yet). Broadcasts and videos will always include Fireteam chat unless overdubbed with music. Being a stay at home dad, I have a great deal of down (nap) time that I can create and edit videos for YouTube while my son sleeps. My intent is to broadcast and create more of a podcast-ish show where we play, broadcast, chat, have fun, and hopefully kick some butt in the process as opposed to just broadcasting to chase the ever illusive viewer. Women and men are all welcome alike and I am not looking for the best players just some people who are somewhat like minded in wanting to get serious about starting a YouTube/broadcast because of the love of the medium and the game...
