first.
your equation is not correct.
because of your "assumption"
drop rate is also, heavily affected
with procentige of drop.
some weapons/armours have higher procentige
and "drop" more often.
which also affect Xur's inventory.
second.
if Xur inventory is really random?!
why he doesn't sell Vex or Faith Of
All Fools or CE The Nechrochasm
or exotic bounties weapons?
Xur will never sell those weapons!
why?
because bungie hand pick weapons
for Xur to sell. and if they done that.
(as they did)
Xur inventory is not random!

its not xur its the nine
-
you mean, his will is not his own?
-
that & he does not pic but the nine do so blame the nine
-
..hmm as I suspected! conspiracy goes straight to the rotten top, it self!
-
I would say Xurs inventory being random doesn't mean random out of everything. Surely it excludes raid gear and guns with specific bounties that have to be fulfilled to get them. Things like ghorn and Icebreaker are totally random drops. You could get anywhere
-
yes. so they can add all or remove all (except one) items from his inventory. manipulate his inventory in any moment.
-
That really doesn't make any sense at all except in a crazy conspiracy theory sort of way. I agree that technically they could physically do that but why go that far to just pretend its random?
-
Editado por inFAMOUS: 2/5/2015 1:39:14 PMdoesn't have sense? why? because you say so? what keep player in grinding game? loot! if you got your loot fast and easy, you will lose interest fast! so what bungie do? show you but not give you. and you do what? play more and more to get that loot. if you don't see sense in it? I can't help you. technically is random. because of rng. only problem is amount of "things" to be randomised!
-
No need to get so defensive. This time you made an actual point instead of the ravings of a mad man. I don't necessarily agree that this is what's happening but that sounds way more reasonable than "the could be doing it so they must be". I still believe it's more a dice roll than anything. Roll a 100 sided dice 100 times and it's very unlikely you see every number once. You could see 100 every time and that would still be a random result.
-
Editado por inFAMOUS: 2/5/2015 2:10:50 PMlol that come out bit harsh. my bad. sorry. everything what I was saying is not in "must be tone" I expected for those obvious things to be accepted as obvious. without need to say it. of course I don't think that bungie choose all stuf for Xur every week. but they for sure add and remove most desirable stuff from his inventory. ghorn or ice breaker etc
-
You just made your point moot... If you say they remove certain items then it's not rng... If you weigh odds... It's not rng. Wow
-
Editado por inFAMOUS: 2/12/2015 3:01:30 PM..if your only choice is One (or 3 in this subject) you can "weigh your odds" with that!
-
His inventory isnt random, but what he picks from that inventory may be random
-
Editado por inFAMOUS: 2/5/2015 9:42:44 AM..yes. that is what I was saying. also they can change inventory in any moment they want with adding or removing items. ..they can remove all items except one. one that Xur will sell. so Xur's inventory is random only technically.
