The police have the right and responsibility to defend themselves. If someone points a weapon at them, then they can and should react.
It's unfortunate that this happened in an already tense area. These particular flames don't need any more fuel.

Well its like this. 1st off we don't have all the facts yet. But if the story is true about this teen pointing a gun at a police officer then you have to be prepared for what happens next. Now had this teenager not had a gun then it's another story. Best thing to do is keep out of harms way. If your around drama then expect drama to follow you. Trust me, I would know being born n raised in North Philadelphia but recently moved to Charlotte to raise my kids and put them in a safer environment.

Anyone has the right to defend themselves, which is why I don't rule out that is what the guy in the video was doing.
