Anybody else that uses blade dancer sub class-- has anyone noticed in both PVE and PVP that the Encore trait of the blade dancer subclass only works 1 out of 8 attempts or so? Bungie could you look into this please? Encore is a crucial trait for Blade Dancers and it significantly hinders the ability of the Hunter class if it doesn't work every time
