You got my vovte but (2) its not realy true - my POX VLO got 42 rounds in clip so its means 14 bursts. Not bad... but RoF and Impact vs other weapons is bad.
And newest Red Death Nerf :(- Bungie i sugest to remove Pulse rifles entirely from game because you guys dont know what BALANCE word means.).

I've got a Super Pox with Field Scout too, but you can't assume ALL Pulse Rifles will have that. Looking at the total set, (2) is correct. :^)
