Dear Bungie, I play a warlock voidwalker, when i examined the talent tree, i became eager to test out angry magic. Yet when i unlocked it and attempted to use it, it had almost no effect, and what little effect it did have became non-existent when i tried to pair it with lance. Is this deliberate? I just want to know so that i don't waste an ability slot on a talent that has almost zero benefit. Thank you for your time.
