Should be rated M. I don't want to run into squeakers.

No matter what the game is. You'll still find squeakers. You know what surprises me the most? There's squeakers in GTA.
-
That really surprises you? Really?
-
Exactly! It's like there are never any squeakers in cod or halo.
-
Wait did you honestly just say no squeakers in CoD?
-
Sarcasm. It'll blow your mind.
-
Don't worry. There was massive amounts of sarcasm in that comment
-
Ok good, you had me for a second
-
I don't play COD or Halo, so I wouldn't know. Maybe there needs to be better parenting.

Editado por ch33zy burrito: 6/27/2014 12:48:38 AMI can't think of a game that doesn't have squeakers that's rated M. And why would that be bad parenting?
-
Editado por Voidwise: 6/27/2014 12:52:28 AMDark Souls/Dark Souls 2. They rage quit before the first boss. Plus, no voice chat. It's bad parenting if the parent figure gives their ten yearold a rated M game. If you can't see the sense in that, you're either a troll or just plain stupid.
-
If you can't see the sense in that, you're either a troll or just plain stupid.
I hope you're kidding. The best part is you haven't given one sufficient example to your reasoning. The troll is obvious in you (am I cool yet?)
-
Are you serious? Rated M games are there for a gaming audience of 17+ for various reasons (ie. Intense Violence, Blood, Gore, Language, Partial Nudity, etc.) Now, seeing as this is a game based on a war in the distant future where just about the entire human race has been wiped out by bloodthirsty alien scum, and you, as a guardian are tasked with going from planet to planet, laying in some serious human fear into every ET piece of shit you find, and you still don't have the common sense to see that (even with that rudimentary description of this game) it should be rated M, then I stand firmly behind my last statement towards you.

Editado por ch33zy burrito: 6/27/2014 3:55:54 PMYet many of them lack any real violence whatsoever. Halo 3, a few Cod games, and Halo Reach are good examples. There is nothing wrong with letting a 12 year old play these games. They won't be traumatized by their experience with it and they never are, no matter what game. I find it funny that you think Destiny will be any worse than what I've listed. In fact, the darkness is never shown wiping out the human race and this is only known because of the stories told by guardians, people, etc. And these aliens don't even bleed. Only loot comes from their bodies after death. Either you're implying something else or you never played these games before. Actually, according to you, you haven't even played them LOL. So I guess wouldn't have expected you to know this before hand.

I'm done talking to you sir. Your logic is so flawed, it's ridiculous.
-
So what you're saying is, you have no evidence to refute my indisputable point.
-
What I'm saying is that it's ridiculous for you to base M ratings on games like Halo, COD, or the other dribble. Those are games that should be rated T. Demon Souls, Sleeping Dogs, GTA, etc. would have been a better choice. Then again, the game has not come out, so who are you to say what it contains. Bungie and the ESRB have decided to rate the game T because they figured it would be best. Although they did state that the game contains blood and gore as well as foul language. If I were a parent, I would not buy this game for my child under the age of 17. Also, continuing to pointlessly argue with a dumbass named cheesyburrito while I'm trying to work a twelve hour shift in peak tourism season is not on my lists of things to do. So, politely sir, go screw yourself with your tiny manhood.
What I'm saying is that it's ridiculous for you to base M ratings on games like Halo, COD, or the other dribble.
It's not though. You haven't played it, you wouldn't and won't know until you understand. Once again you're arguing without any first hand experience lol. It's really hilarious that you think you know any of this more than I do. I can continue to name moments, scenes, or characters in the game that exist throughout both series that give it the M rating it has.
Then again, the game has not come out, so who are you to say what it contains.
I'm going off of confirmed facts. I didnt state shit that wasnt confirmed or seen from experience.
Although they did state that the game contains blood and gore as well as foul language.
Link where they said this then. Prove it, dont assume. No game with blood, gore, and offensive language has ever had a T or less rating.
