Can't game chat
My son's account, Ames#0289, can't use game chat inside of Destiny. He cab use the voice chat provided by Playstation, but not the Destiny game chat.
This used to be my account that he and I shared in Destiny 1. I don't think we ever had any kids settings, and even if we did, he was using the game chat as recently as a few months ago.
Checked all the Playstation settings I could think of, he's fine there.
I checked all the Bungie settings I could find, he's fine there.
Any thoughts on what we might be missing?
Is it possible to get suspended or banned by Bungie for using the in game chat? If so, how can we I undo that?

Hello there, Thanks for reporting. We launched a mandatory "date of birth" screen in Destiny 2. This is a one-time ask. Players who input a date younger than 13 years old will be restricted from certain features like text chat. If so, how can we I undo that?[/quote] Also, got an email on May 16th telling me to go to Bungie and give a birthdate but I don't think that's the issue as I don't recall doing that and I can use game chat and when I loved in it didn't ask my birthdate
