I just got back to d2 is there a way to skip all the dlc missions with my second character since I done them all with my titan ?
I don't wanna do that again

Shadowkeep - no Beyond Light - no Witch Queen - no Lightfall - yes, but it is only a campaign skip. You get no rewards, no XP and you will still need to unlock Strand on your other characters.
