Change active account
While signing into the companion app i accidently enabled cross save on my psn account from years ago. I need help getting the account off cause it is also set as my active account for some reason. I am not able to play on my epic account which has all my stuff. I also recently bought silver, giving me further issues since i cannot de active cross save do to it.

3 RespuestasHi there, thank you for your report. Without proper authentication to log in you cannot remove an account from cross save.

5 RespuestasHello there[url=https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/902560216871239752/989591085506515074/Hellothere.gif],[/url] In order to change active accounts you will have to disable cross save after the 90 day silver cooldown and then reactivate after the additional 90 day deactivation cool down. There is no way around the mandatory cool downs.
