Going by light level I'm more casual than you are and due to practicing the mission when it only had a 20 min. Timer it's easily done in under 20 minutes where you have 40 minutes to finish.
You ran it once?
Was that your 1st attempt or have you done it before?

Learn the route and enemy spawns along with a load out that helps you and you will get it done in under 20 minutes.

yeah i try it tomorow when i have a fresh mind again atm its not a good idea to start it again problem is indeed the way how to go into this mission i am someone who always try solo without watching a vid on youtube first cheers for the comment

Just a hint without giving away any details (I try to run things solo blind myself because I don't like spoilers), there's a big shortcut to get passed the "Green Room" with all of the little ledges you have to scale around that'll shave plenty of precious minutes off of your run.
