Got on and no into the light hub. Steam. Restarted. No weapon quests at Arcite. So updated Playstation after shutting down Steam. No weapon quests at Arcite. Did anyone test this? I have cross save enabled. Shutting down Steam again. Still no weapon quests! Alternate character on Steam. Still no weapon quests!
