You need to carry someone that hasn’t tried VoG in D2 through the raid. It’ll drop for them. Then after you’ve done the raid five more times you’ll get it.

Why didn't it drop for me whenever I was carried?

Oof. In that case the game hates you. Just like it hates me (me and another guy’s first try of last wish. He got 1k voices. I didn’t.). I still suggest helping people through it though. Could be good for the soul, as well as your RnG.

I don't have that many people to help. Fire team finder kinda sucks with newbies bc they don't listen or have mics .
