I would suggest starting to complete the one you have but haven’t finished yet. Do them while your running the strikes and it should drop eventually that’s what I did a few years back and manage to get the last five I need in a in about ten strikes

So far I did around 30-40 strikes today. I really feel like it's bugged since a couple seasons back. Have done every possible catalyst I could complete.

I could be wrong but it looks like you have 26 you can complete but if I’m wrong I don’t know what could be the issue
