You launch a long range barrage of Flechette Storm seekers until you kill the target. When they die, they creat a tangle and unraveling munitions fly out of them, hitting nearby enemies. Next, the Severance Enclosure bomb goes off, which should also detonate the tangle, doubling up on the long range explosions. The next build utilizes Banner of War in order to get the 40% melee damage buff. You long range kill someone with Flechette Storm, and then activate the bayonet on the Monte Carlo catalyst, which gives you another 40% boost to melee damage, as well as melee energy on successful stab. The double stacking 40% melee damage bonuses makes your melee do 196 damage, which is enough to one hit melee 7 Resilience guardians and below! Going into this, I thought Flachette Storm was kind of...terrible. But a trick I picked up is to aim to the left of the target as the camera kinda goes all wonky when it goes into third person. If you aim to the left of the target, the tracking projectiles seem to actually go where I want them.
