I am unable to buy any strand fragments for my warlock. I can with my titan, my hunter is already complete. I was able to get all four aspects without any issues. The text reads that I must purchase an aspect to buy the fragments, but since i have the aspects already, I can't really meet that requirement. I don't really want to delete my character just to fix it. I don't have the time since I'm a full time student.
