My friend is trying to be able to post in the forums and everytime he tries, he gets "The request has failed; Your account does not meet the current requirements." His account is over 30 days old, his account is over 13 yrs old, he completed all the quests for new lights. When he tries to update sms he gets the same message, "The request has failed; Your account does not meet the current requirements.". He tried logging into the app with both xbox and steam, neither work. Any help??
