The season passes and Dungeon keys are linked to the active characters on the platform you bought it on at time of purchase.
If you then use cross save and pick a different account's characters then they don't have the passes or keys as they are with the old characters.

I get that but i bought the season pass on the epic store and im using the epic launcher to open the game. Even then i dont have any season pass.

Did you activate cross save after you bought the pass. As I said season passes and Dungeon keys are attached to the characters not the platform account like game and dlc licences are.

Bungie will not transfer anything to other accounts.
