The long pole in the tent for all of my Salvage triumphs is the Salvage Treasurer. I would be wasting time if I ran Salvage right now to complete other Salvage triumphs, because I'll barely make a dent in Salvage Treasurer. Instead, I think it's smarter and a better use of my time to wait to complete other Salvage triumphs until after the Treasure-Laden Combatant spawn rate is buffed. To be clear, I haven't seen Bungie say they were going to buff the spawn rate. But based on changes they've made in the past for other too-rare events, I figure they'll address this one at some point.
