First things first Tangle is on a flat 15 second cooldown that can be triggered when you do not need it. Second if I read it correctly you the warlock with the aspect have to throw the tangle for the suspend to happen. The problem with that is other people can pick up your tangle and waste your aspect. Finally the Tangle can be shot by said teammates and it will ruin the whole point of the aspect. My suggestion is change the wanderer to When you have perched threadlings you can trade a threadling for an arcane Needle and give it a 5 second cooldown to prevent hard spamming.
