Did you complete it on regular difficulty first, before doing the whole thing on legendary? I might be wrong, but I thought I read somewhere that you only get the bonus loot package if you do it on legendary before doing it on the easier difficulty. Also, I think I got that loot package from Ikora in the Tower, so you might want to check there too. I can't remember for certain though 🫤
