Please never make IB gilding require wins
As of writing this, I have played 52 games of Iron Banner and I still need 3 more to gild the title. I have lost 30 of those games. I have reset twice now. Please never force me to play in a broken sandbox with broken matchmaking for this long ever again. I understand titles and gilding titles are supposed to be hard, but this is just too much.
Edit: After 65 games I got enough wins. That's 3 wins in 13 games after I made this post.

You have 3 weeks to get 25 wins, if you wear 5 IB armor pieces and even less wins if you have IB weapons and emblem equipped. This is not even a medium ask let alone anywhere near hard.

I have never heard such entitlement SMH "I shouldn't have to win to get the trophey" Maybe they should let you go to the lighthouse with 7 losses, and give you a 24 raid emblem for just launching the raid I think everything should require Wins and difficult challenges for pinnacle drops,3 Crucible Wins,3 Legend Nightfalls(or 2 Master), oh and 3 Gambit Wins Whiny posts like these are why all but a few titles in D2 are Hollow participation trophies, "Waahhh Bungie I can't kill 50 Champions", "Waahh Bungie I can't win Iron Banner Matches" Winning means nothing anymore,what do you get for winning ?, the same crap the losers got , that's why the world is going downhill, excellence is frowned upon , just keep lowering the standards to make everyone feel special -

Imo every match should count but wins award more. With the absolute trash lobby balancing its currently a chore, Im sitting at around 70-80% currently and sure will get it done but its just a tiring slog. Often sitting in the top end of my team, and I dont blame anyone for a loss but in that its going to pit many players off. Hell they give out participation trophies for trials these days so making IB more enjoyable should be a no brainer. 2% for a loss and 4% for a win sounds fair.

So many players here oblivious to what you’re talking about. 😂 You can go 30-0 with the most caps and still lose if your whole team is constantly getting slaughtered. Wins are RNG too at this point. Got to hope you get a team with a 1/4 of a brain.

Especially when they consider if you get a 50/50 win rate that means the matchmaking is working properly! They don't WANT you to win the majority of your matches. It's being designed to be this way so it takes you longer

The lobby balancing will give you the wins pretty consistently, regardless of how you play. Even if you actively tried to lose every game, the harder you threw the more the game would start splitting the lobbies in your favor, so it's really just a matter of playing until you get it done, which considering there are 3 weeks of IB per season now, 25 wins isn't that unreasonable.

1 RespuestaI love posting a 2.0 Kd with 24 eliminations and still losing. Coming in first in my team doesn’t mean -blam!-, apparently. And that’s why I hate the win requirement. There are other ways to force high-level play without hamstringing an individual with bad teams/relying on matchmaking
