Unpopular Opinion: The Gun Sandbox should be balanced around Auto Rifles, not Hand Cannons
Because clearly certain weapon types are out of hand in case balancing while Auto Rifles consistently suck across the board in every activity aside of patrols.
Most people wouldn't even be using them if it weren't for champion stun perks/mods...

Horrible take. If they balanced the game around the easiest to use primary weapon. Why would anyone use any primary that actually takes a bit of skill? Auto rifle metas are the worst metas because it lowers the skill ceiling way too much, allowing the least skill required weapon to become the no brainer pick over any precision primary weapon.

5 RespuestasHand cannons have been almost completely useless and outclassed in PVE for a while now. Rather unfortunate really. Hell, most auto rifles are outclassed completely by SMGs. Hand cannons need a major buff and rework and autos def need to be enhanced as well.

3 RespuestasWhat? Autos are arguably way better for PvE for the most part, and while they’re not top tier in PvP, they still work very well. Hand Cannons are alright in PvE, and while they’re good in PvP, other weapon archetypes like Pulses,Sidearms, and SMGs are arguably doing better

1 RespuestaAutorofifles have been meta and most archetypes have been since. What game doesn’t reward slower firing accuracy based weapons? This isint cod with aim magnetism and weapons that just dump your mag into someone’s head after pressing two buttons.

5 RespuestasHC have always been the GP to in pvp coz they are hard to use. As are sniper rifles. Noone uses bows, subs, sidearm coz they have either low range or no power.
