Hi there. Have you acquired that armor in Normal difficulty before? Artifice armor can't be transmogged, so if that's the only version you've acquired, you need to get the normal version first for it to be available to transmog.

Ok that’s what I assumed. Just thought something might be wrong as it shows the boots as acquired in the collections but it did not show up as recently acquired, so I assumed I had gotten them before from normal. I will definitely see if they show up for transmog once I get them to drop on normal. Thank you so much!
