I still think there needs to be a 15-20 win card that guarantees lighthouse access. The reward would be the adept gear and sure a memento. Leave the glows,title, and emblems for actual flawless. It hurts no one (other than paid carries) and let’s others go to the lighthouse. Cause it is just a game. I mean they are about to redo crucible where the best reward is literally being in the rank itself. (I’ve only solo queued, and have been flawless)

I wouldn’t care if majority of the community had adept weapons from the light house if they didn’t earn a true flawless card. And I’ve gone flawless 50+ times. Yeah sure you’ll be using the same weapons. But I believe it depends on how well you use a weapon to actually make it effective. Bungie can always just increase the rewards exponentially for those who do go flawless to make a flawless card run relevant again.
