The “first Legend Dares completion per week” [i]does not[/i] grant a guaranteed Deepsight drop and the devs have not stated as much. Rather the weekly Dares Pinnacle reward is a guaranteed Deepsight drop. This Pinnacle is awarded upon completing [i]any[/i] Dares activity in which the party’s final score surpasses 250,000 points. If you completed a Legend Dares activity for the first time in a given week and did not receive a Deepsight Dares weapon drop, that means one of two things: a) your party failed to attain a score of 250,000 or above, or b) you previously completed a run of Dares this week in which the 250,000 point threshold was surpassed. As a note, while you have a better chance to obtain the Pinnacle from a Legend completion it is possible to get it from a standard difficulty Dares run in which the party reaches the Lightning Round.
