Amazon Prime rewards not going to Amanda

This is the second month that I have claimed my Amazon Prime rewards where they didn't go to Amanda. Following the bungie.net troubleshooting, I set up a forum post the first time, and now again. In my bungie account it shows that the reward was claimed both months, yet neither month did I actually receive the rewards. Can Bungie please take care of this?

  • Hi. Thanks for your report. Do you share your Amazon Prime account with anyone else? If so, do they play Destiny 2 and do they also sign up for this program? Have you tried logging in and out of the game to see if anything changes? If you go into your [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/Settings]Bungie account Settings[/url] and click "Accounts & Linking," do you see Prime gaming at the bottom of the page under the "Authorized Applications" sections? Do you see your claim in your [url=https://www.bungie.net/7/en/Codes/Partners]Partner Rewards section[/url]? If you accidentally linked the wrong Bungie.net account to your Amazon Prime account and you haven’t yet claimed the Destiny 2 offer, follow these steps: Step 1: Make sure you've logged out of the wrong Bungie.net account.
