The way i found to fix this was going into the sound settings and specifically advanced sound settings and check all his inputs and outputs. Also go to the “Change system sounds” (search it in the bottom left search bar) and select the playback tab and disable everything except his headphones/mic

Thats how to do it. Bungo won't allow us to simply choo0ose our input devices in game. Funny.
