Bungie should punish them.
Bungie should punish people that leave a trials freelance match early, and I mean more than saying "Saint-14 will be a little disappointed." Like bruh

No what they need to do is punish the toxic few who take their frustration out on their own team just because they are losing. Never see this stupid behaviour anywhere BUT in Trials. Maybe ban them from competing, maybe then they will stop insulting other players.
