Shaping a new weapon???
I would really appreciate someone’s help clarifying my question in plain, simple English.
I understand shaping weapons, what I don’t understand is shaping weapons that are not normally what I think of a shareable. What I read and see in videos are just confusing to me.
I can shape Sweet Sorrow. How do I shape or unlock a Calus Mini-Tool?

2 RespuestasYou need to first get the calus mini tool to drop from containment or opulent chests from leviathan. Once it’s in your loot pool you need a total of 5 deepsight mini tools to obtain the pattern. I suggest once you get the weapon to drop.. that you unlock the perk at the crown of sorrow in the helm that allows you to recast opulent weapons. Red borders can drop from that as well.

You need some red border versions (it says it in the patterns section of collections). Sometimes it's 3 other times 5. Unlock each red border by using it until you can extract the elements. Once this has been done the required number of times (3 or 5) the pattern unlocks. You use relic to craft one but are limited to certain traits and choices so make one, use it till you get to level 16 and then all traits and perks are unlocked and you can reshape your weapon into your ideal one with enhanced traits.
