It just happened. I was playing iron banner on a PS5 and a Sony X85J using 120hz mode and hdr on. It usually flickers when entering and ending a match. This time, after the match, it flickered into a complete yellow screen except for a line of random colors, almost like screen tearing. I could still hear the game and I tried going to the home menu on the PlayStation, I could hear it working but the screen would not stop being yellow. My TV suddenly needed updating, I was able to see my TV's menu except for the screen tear. After the update, everything seems to be working now. I don't think the update caused this "crash" but I wonder if I should turn off HDR or 120hz mode?
