Hi there. The Bungie forums are not able to assist with appeals of restrictions or bans. However, there is a process in place for you to appeal your ban or restriction.

Bungie’s official policy, per the linked article, is that there is no guarantee for a response, nor is there a guarantee that your ban or restriction will be overturned.

Hi Hometime! First of all, I apologize if this is not the right place to comment on this kind of thing. But I'm a bit desperate due to the situation. I have already opened a case / ticket where I have appealed the ban on my account. But I haven't received any response yet, and on the 22nd the new DLC comes out and I want to play like I always have. I just ask for a little understanding and for someone to help me.

Hey again. As mentioned in the article, there is no guarantee for a response. And if you’ve submitted an appeal, then unfortunately you have done all you can do.

What happens to the people who have been unjustly banned? What happens to the time and money we have spent? Is this how Bungie treats us? P.S. How long do they usually take to answer (if they do)?

Your Trials history is littered with network manipulation and that's very much against the rules.
