That is truly frustrating. The same thing happened to me. Unfortunately, there is no option besides redoing the raid. A long standing issue with the final encounter involves glimmer accumulating out in the vex milk where the boss stands. If you wipe repeatedly, the glimmer from each attempt gathers and can actually DC players. I recommended running out into to milk and collecting your glimmer after every 2nd wipe. If you need help, I and a few others are quite proficient at garden and could help you out. DM me if you are interested. Again, same thing happened to me, I know how infuriating it is...

To Bungie Support Department, Greetings, I was one of the teammates on this run. I'm here to testify his hard work and dedication in this raid. In my opinion, the game at the end has definitely done him unfairly and unjustly. I can feel his frustration at the end and I felt terribly sorry for him as I know my friend is trying to get this gun for so long. Personally, I feel a consideration of compensation should be warranted as the reason he was unable to obtain Divinity was completely server issue related. I'm one of his clanmates. He was on the appropriate quest step, we completed all of the tether puzzles, and after numerous attempts, we killed the last boss. As he was running toward the chest to loot Divinity, he was disconnected with the Weasel code. I would think that that should be enough for Bungie to reward him with the gun, as he rightfully deserves it. Is there any way, Bungie, that you can find it in your hearts to bestow this weapon upon my friend? He's the last of our clan that has yet to get the gun. Regards, a supremely disappointed hunter.
