Friend Banned from BattlEye potentially because of a mistake. Need Help in finding solutions/answers.

Please do not flood this thread with "Your friend was banned for cheats/mods" because that is not the case, nor would she ever cheat, and never has as this is her very first flag in the 5 years she's been playing Destiny 2. I'm sure many other people have been mistakenly banned in a similar situation as well given the more recent TWAB about the ban waves. Howdy everyone, I am here posting to see if I can get an answer and find solutions, because throwing our hands up is something I refuse to do since this was a wrongful ban from an unfortunate situation. Our friend, has been ban to possibly unknown causes. We can only theorize what may have happened, which we think may have been the Mod Manager for Guilty Gear Strive (aka Unervum) and/or WeMod which is for SINGLE PLAYER GAMES (I only mention it here because it's on her computer, but it was **NOT** open at the time, but we're suspecting BattlEye detected the app regardless whether it was open or not) I am linking these here to show that they exist and what they are from their direct source. We were playing Guilty Gear until Witch Queen rolled around, as we were all anticipating as well as waiting for the weeks to pass by for Master VOG challenges). I can attest that the last time we played was getting and saving checkpoints (on January 25th at 12 pm PST) for Master VOG in order to do the Master VOG Challenges for Fatebreaker, however after that she was banned with no reason listed as far as we know. (It will say Game Developer Ban but we do know that it says it for all bans as far as I know, and i refuse to believe it was a dev ban for how random it was). Cometisms is a dear friend of mine and our clans, we've spent many years playing Destiny (despite it saying 2018 on her page). She has been playing a lot longer than I have since D1, and has played with all of us for so long. This game has brought us together, and we're quite literally a found family at this point. She has applied for the ban appeal, but it says "On Initial Review" with no more elaboration as to why this ban is still upheld. This game means an immense amount to us and her, and there would be no way she would be hacking or modding the game. Many of us in our clan and allied clans can attest to this, given we're quite the little community. What does "initial review" even mean, especially when the next paragraph says that the ticket is closed? What other ways can we get help to right these wrongs without violating TOS with the multiple Tickets policy? Can we get a more detailed answer than what has been presented to her? If it wasn't BattlEye, what even was the ban for? We've played R6S before and know that the massive banwaves happen with BattlEye, as theyre openly displayed on a chatlog, so thats why we're highly confident to suspect it was BattlEye doing a misban. Thank you for your time, and I hope to get a response and will continue to try and get an answer. I am posting on her behalf because I am a very passionate friend, and she is currently just devastated by this news, especially right before Witch Queen. This game means so much to us, this random ban with no context so far has shocked us all. I refuse to believe there is no solution to be had, given there couldn't even be a reason given yet at the moment. This has been her very first flag/ban in all of her time playing destiny. If needed, the Case ID is
141339
Images for this: "Dev Ban" with no reason listed image. // "Initial Review" Email image. // Hours from TimeWastedOnDestiny image.

 • Why is it that everytime I see a post like this and someone is running some sort of modded trainer for another game that they think it’s bungies fault? When are people going to learn that mods regardless of what game is open at the time always look like a cheat. And not to mention that legitimate cheats are meant to look like harmless programs like for single player games. This ban isn’t random by any means and your friend was punished accordingly. Just because one game isn’t triggered by wemod that all games act accordingly.
