Watch battle nonsense destiny 2 on YouTube, there's 2-3 videos. He's a network engineer, explains everything.
You connect to all players individually, so the guy joining may have an iffy connection you.

I saw his video's, but I wish my bullets would do as much as his bullets do. Also, he sees the most enemies appear on time on his screen. I wish he would have recorded those video's from my home and he would have tripped, lol. P.S. I have a super quality internet and gear.

His videos where before crossplay, and on pc, when pc was on battlenet so had region choice. Console, crossplay, is far far worse.

Your connection doesn't mean too much honestly, it's who you connect to which matters more. I'm on the verge of quitting for good. I love the game but EVERY time I play anything matchmade I only see PSN players n they're laggy AF. The frustration of hitting a guy with truth n only taking half his health, or nova bombing a guy in mayhem, doing no damage, dying, n respawning still with my super, is the worst gaming experience of my life. The whole system runs through bungie.net and it's terrible. It was around 3/10 for me, since crossplay it's a 1/10, I just can't anymore. Microsoft buying Activision might just be enough to push me to buy 3 years gamepass n drop this frustration forever.
