Constant error message 'arugula', unable to cap zones, finding spawn location and more.

Hi everyone! I'm experiencing a lot of error codes within the last couple days and I've been unable to diagnose the issue. My connection is perfect, I'm plugged in to an ethernet cable as well as connected to the wifi. Speed test has been done and my internet is as high as ever, however when it comes to playing D2 I'm constantly being hit with 'arugula' error codes. I play alongside my spouse and his runs just fine. Whenever we try to do strikes, crucible, gambit, and even the seasonal activities, I'm about 20 seconds behind. (ex. In Strikes when it comes to killing mobs, after killing them they respawn with full health again and again, glitch, stand still next to me and even show up after the playlist has been completed. Crucible I'm unable to cap zones and every time I die it takes about 45 seconds for the game to register and find my spawn location. And last but not least in Gambit I'm stuck in the transmat phase with Drifter (which I don't mind because he's my favorite lol ) but while my teammates are out killing everything, I'm just stuck in the loading area. I've had to kill myself with a grenade launcher a couple times to try and reset it but again, finding spawn location keeps me from playing.) Just curious as to if anyone else has had this issue and if anyone can let me know how to fix. I've tried restarting my computer and restarting Steam. I'm thinking about uninstalling D2 and reinstalling to see if that helps. Thanks so much in advance to anyone who has any idea of whats going on, I appreciate yall.
