Why just black? What about Asian?

Why isn’t there an Asian at bungie? Or for that manner a Hispanic at bungie? Every where I go these days people say they want to be inclusive but get flipping mad when you ask why they don’t include us and get all defensive like you’re insulting the black culture. I mean if the point of being inclusive to help eliminate bias people is to get a singular group together; it becomes by definition, singling out a group of people… which is biased. It’s an oxymoron. Also, there was someone on the forums earlier complaining his name was removed because it violated the policy. His name? Blakkperson. So, you’re telling me with your Accessible Bungie announcement that not even a Blakkperson can keep this name and be part of the Black at Bungie group? Besides me thinking all this is all a screwed up view of race equally, bungie won’t even let a statement of who they are be in the game when they have a whole forum for it; is again… oxymoron.

When we make our account, we should need to disclose our race, gender, preferred orientation, and any other defining characteristics about who we are. Then, we should be separated into clans of people from our specific category so we can all appreciate each other. This allows us to play the game solely with those who we can identify with. Of course some clans would get additional rewards to help offset the imbalance between clans, but that it to make sure the game is fair and equal for all players. Edit: Just to help clarify, this isn't meant to divide people, but to bring them together by separating everyone by their characteristics that can and should be appreciated. We did this with Black at Bungie, Women at Bungie, and Trans at Bungie; we could only appreciate them by separating them into their own group first. We know this is what Bungie wants to do behind the scenes, I just wish they would say the quiet part out loud. We like diversity and want to appreciate the differences in people that we can clearly see when everyone is in their own group.
