So many people are acting like you don't know what you're talking about, but they're wrong. For those saying it's in your collections, you are incorrect. When you redeem the codes on the website it says it will be added to collections OR it says specifically that you must go to the shader/emblem kiosk in the tower. So apparently Bungie thinks there's still some sort of vendor where we can pick these up, but doesn't feel the need to tell us where it is. Wish I knew so I could pick up the things I redeemed codes for
