My Destiny 2 game is gone from battle.net launcher
I just kept a long break from Destiny 2 and decided to come back and play it again.
But can't see it anymore in my game library on battle.net. And now I see it's free on steam. So what about my game I preordered a long time ago on battle.net. I just pay money for a game and then you remove it and keep my money. That's fraud and not okay. I would like a refund or at least to transfer my game account to my steam or at least give me something for my money. Her is my invoice [REDACTED]

When you purchase a DLC, you are purchasing a license to use on that platform it is tied to your platform, not your Bungie account. Bungie and Blizzard sent emails and Bungie referenced this subject in TWABS for 14 months plenty of notice was given. The game licenses were attached to Blizzard and they offered a 1-time chance transfer over, this had to be done before 1st December 2020. Unfortunately, nothing can be done now.

Both blizzard & Bungie gave battlenet users 14+ months to transfer their battlenet data/characters/licenses over to steam. Both parties also sent multiple emails to the email address on file, provided multiple web articles, and made several social media posts…all during this 14+ month period. If you/others didn’t act on this during the given timeframe, then it has now ended & cannot be transferred. We all had plenty of time/notice to make the transfer if we really wanted to.
