PSN ban
Hi,
Unrelated to Destiny, but I got suspended on PSN for SEVEN days because someone reported one of my messages which says "gays" instead of "guys". A genuine typo, which I did point out to him, but he reported me regardless (and told me he was going to report me).
This was my first ban so I don't understand why it's for so long and it's especially upsetting because obviously the new season starts on the 11th but I can't play until the 16th...
Has anyone else been banned for this long on their first one and has anyone successfully disputed a suspension?

With Xbox at least, if the message gets reported and there is a “no-no” word anywhere in the text, it will automatically trigger a ban. In general it’s a good enough method, because there’s no way they have the resources to manually sift through all the reports. Sucks about the typo though.
