People do indeed get banned on XBL. I’ve had a 3 day one before and I know some people in my old community did as well. They were justified bans as well to be fair because to be honest people don’t have a reason to use vulgar language (it’s quite funny to see so many people saying how soft people are today on something that’s really unnecessary to begin with). I do understand your case though because typo accidents can and do happen, I do it all the time on my phone and people know me well enough personally that they don’t think I’d say such bad choices of words against them. FYI my ban was like 8 years ago when I was in my teens and I was more careless with my words 😅 I’ve grown up since then however. I’d chalk yours down to them using an automated system that just bans anyone that draws a flag typo or not. Then if someone appeals a ban I’d assume an actual person would look it over but as someone already said that would probably take a week and at that point you might as well just serve the ban and make sure you don’t draw a flag again. Unless you want to clear your account of the ban track record cause reoccurring bans =longer bans each time.

People get communication bans all the time on Xbox. They’ll send you a message if they “take action” against an account you reported. They used to love bricking consoles, too.
