A shader maybe? some ornaments? Anything?

How about they vault competitive and bring back combined arms, rift, and some new game modes. They could easily do a King of the Hill, Oddball with a relic ,etc. How about some new maps with clean sight lines and not loaded with junk? How about an actual ranking system? There's a lot Bungie needs to do
-
I miss pinnacle weapons...
-
Adept nf prenerf 😁
-
I'd be happy with any reason to play crucible....period. It is truly ruined after stasis & 120handcannons
-
Perhaps some more revived Year 1 or D1 Crucible weapons with new loot pools? There probably aren't too many to speak of, but if they have remarkable loot pools unique to the game mode, then it could probably be a good reason to hop back in.
-
why even play crucible the pvp community in this game is absolutely toxic as f trust me on this one i've had the most toxic interaction i've ever seen with them.
-
I've said it once, and ill say it again, and again, and again... Just get rid of PvP all together. Get rid of trials, comp, all the "cOmPeTiTiVe" game modes. We don't have dedicated servers = games aren't competitive. Cheaters run rampant = games aren't competitive. Maps are not designed for competitive = games aren't competitive. Just throw it all away. It will free up disk space that can be better utilized for PvE giving us depth needed to truly be called an MMO game.
-
Something at all would be nice.
Should've just said survival playlist needs more rewards and reason to play. Vague mention of the word competetive and the actual point of the post's lost in the comments instantly.
-
Only reason to play it right now besides preferring the gamemode/matchmaking is getting Powerful drops to level up at the start of a Season, and the Unbroken title if you care for it.
-
Not to be a douche, but why? I mean look at trials. If there’s anything good anywhere, you will find people (not all) using modded controllers, and whatever nefarious means to get said rewards while abusing the average pvp player. Until Bungie figures out their whole ‘level playing field’ in pvp, nothing of new value should be tied behind competitive gameplay. But that’s just my opinion.
-
What is competitive in pvp destiny 2 it has abilities and ability focused builds! it's a joke!
-
It's always funny to me when people figure out they don't actually, really, WANT to play comp. Look how much time you just saved yourself.
-
Editado por Blue Spy 3DO: 4/14/2021 3:26:55 AMSee we tried that and people whined about rewarding dedicated players so here we are. Can’t have it both ways, I’ll never grind a weapon quest legitimately again and haven’t since. There is no reason to if the casual blueberries cry until my hard earned reward is nerfed or sunset. If Bungie wants to dangle a carrot just to take it away then why value anything.
-
They did and people ruined it
-
It would be nice if they just turned it into a true ranked playlist where new players can face other new players and experienced players can chase higher ranks, titles, and rewards.
-
There will never be a reason to play Competitive Crucible. The most they do is lock some loot in "competitive" PvP so that some players can feasibly never have access to because they don't want to play PvP, and PvP only players are truly insane. The worst is when you get good PvE rolls in PvP as if insult to injury, or you grind PvE content and get PvP rolls. That being said, PvP is a last-resort timesink. It always has been. When Taken King started to slow down people resorted to playing PvP just to keep playing a game they were actually enjoying. And everyone hated it because it was every bad aspect of Destiny refined into 1 painful entity.
-
No you don’t need a reason to play pvp. Have you not gotten the memo yet. Of course I want to go off on this post. But I know my consequence of doing so because to many people don’t like the answer or opinion on the matter. But pvp should not be the last thing that is left to play when pve activities are done. People who play pvp have nothing left to do an there shouldn’t be a reason to play to begin with. Trials should be your next logical step if you want something to do competitively. But if your playing comp and are starting to get bored of doing so then maybe you should take that as a sign that your playing the game for the wrong reason.
-
Call me crazy, but I find it worth it to play for the “fun” of it. It’s as if video games were meant to be fun or something.
-
The reward should be the enjoyment of playing the game mode.
-
Ornaments, shader, sparrow, ship and emblem would be nice.
-
Editado por beastdude2222: 4/14/2021 7:21:29 PMyou already get something, 5 triumph points for winning 50 games at 5500, isn't that enough lol man it's disappointing they haven't attached a cosmetic to this triumph
-
I just go in there periodically to play a few matches for fun when 6v6 becomes too annoying. I was more invested in it when there was a pinnacle to chase and when I was going for Unbroken, but now there isn't anything to chase, which is odd for the type of game D2 is. The problem might be that the D2 community is perpetually split. Part of the community will do what it takes to grind up to legend and get a title/pinnacle, and part of the community can't or won't, so in true No Child Left Behind form, Bungie just kills it.
-
I have not played a single match in the comp play list since the beginning of 2019. I have no reason to. I can get better rewards in the Iron Banner and get them quicker. It's a completely pointless play list.
-
Just give me a reason to play the game in general right now
-
Editado por TheShadow: 4/13/2021 2:52:44 PMIMO the loot system is broken in this game. There is no constantly. Either rewards drop like candy that leaves no sense of value, or there is barely any rewards that that discourages players from even wanting to run certain activities. Someone needs to give Bungie a Swift kick in the ass to get their act together.
-
If the games technological structure could only support competitive PvP eh? I've no reason to play PvP while the game mode is in ruins. Bungie have a choice. Knuckle up and get it fixed. Or put a bullet to it's head and go full PvE. Either way. PvP right now is a shambles of a mess and the ongoing silence from Bungie is telling.
